"Over Under" Instructions
You will alternate between Overlap (lacing from the top) and Underlap (lacing from the bottom).
The look will differ depending on whether you start by lacing over or under.
Since the basic method is the same, we will only explain the version that starts by lacing from the top.
We also have a video tutorial.
1: Run the lace straight across on the outside and feed through the bottom eyelets.
2: On both sides, cross the ends on the inside and feed them up through the second eyelets.
3: On both sides, cross the ends on the outside and feed them down through the third eyelets.
4: On both sides, cross the ends on the inside and feed them up through the fourth eyelets.
5: At the top eyelets, cross the ends on the inside and feed them up through.
6: Tie the knot to complete.
