About Your Total Purchase Amount

• "Total Purchase Amount" refers to the sum of your purchase history, including shipping fees.
• Example: If you spend ¥5,000 on January 1st and ¥6,000 on February 1st, your Total Purchase Amount becomes ¥11,000, and you will be upgraded to Silver Rank after the purchase on February 1st.

Point Expiration

• Points are valid for 365 days from the date they are earned.
• However, bonus points earned during special point-up campaigns are valid for 90 days.

How to Use Points

• You can use your accumulated points at checkout at a rate of 1 point = ¥1.

How Points are Calculated

• Points are awarded based on your membership rank relative to the subtotal (including tax).
• *Points are not awarded for the portion of the purchase paid for with points.
• *Points are not awarded for shipping fees.
• Example) Silver Rank (3% reward rate)
  Subtotal (tax incl.) = ¥1,210
  Points Used = 100 points
  Shipping = ¥200
  In this case, 33 points will be awarded based on ¥1,110 (1,210 - 100).

Conditions for Earning Points

• Points are awarded immediately after your order has been shipped.
• Points may not be awarded for sale items or specific promotional products.
• Points earned during special campaigns may have a different expiration date than regular points.

How to Check Your Points

• You can check your current point balance and history on your My Page.

Point Usage Restrictions

• Points cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
• Points may not be applicable for some products or services.

Transferring or Sharing Points

• Points cannot be transferred to or shared with other accounts.

About Deletion of Point History

• For customers who have not made a purchase in over two years and have a zero point balance, we will delete the point history information.
