Refund policy

 *Please note that we cannot accept returns for items more than 8 days after delivery.

Defective Products or Incorrect Items

We take the utmost care in delivering our products. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives stained, damaged, or is different from what you ordered, we will exchange it for a new, correct item after you return the defective product to us (shipping costs collect). If a replacement product is not available, we will issue a full refund.

Please note that even in such cases, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Items more than 8 days after delivery
  • Used items
  • Items that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches while in your possession
  • Items returned in a condition significantly different from when they were delivered (including the box and accessories)
  • Other non-returnable items

Returns or Exchanges Due to Customer Convenience

As our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

However, changes to product specifications or cancellations can be accepted within 1 hour of order completion. Please check your order carefully before confirming.
