- What are the shipping methods, fees, dispatch dates, and estimated delivery dates?

- How many laces are in one order?

One order contains one pair (two laces).
- Do you sell products with plastic aglets?

We apologize, but we do not currently offer them.
- Will the metal aglets fit through my eyelets?

They may not fit through shoes with very small eyelets.

・Carmina - How do you measure the lace length?

・It is the total length from one end of the aglet to the other.
・We measure by hanging the lace and letting it straighten out naturally. - Are the laces sometimes shorter or longer than the length I ordered?

Due to:
・The natural stretch of the laces
・Folding during packaging
・Potential differences in measurement methods
...for these reasons, there may be a discrepancy of up to 3cm between the "production length" and the "customer's measurement."We make every effort to ensure the "production length" is accurate.

- Can I get a receipt?

You can issue a receipt from the following:
・Your order confirmation email
・Your My Page
(Even if you register an account after ordering, you can issue receipts for past orders. You must register using the same email address you used for the order.) - What is your invoice registration number?

We are not currently registered as a qualified invoice issuer.
- Can I return or exchange items?

As our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.
