What to Do if Your Glossy Waxed Cotton Laces Come Untied Easily

To create a lace that makes your shoes look even sharper, we've designed our laces with a "stiff" finish. Because of this, they may be prone to coming untied until the knot is broken in.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please try one of the following:

  • Tie them using a Berluti knot until they are broken in.
  • Gently work the knot area with your fingers to soften it.

  2. MONDSHOELACE: After confirming the form details, we will send a replacement product and a return envelope.
  3. Customer: Places the defective product in the envelope and mails it.

■ If you do not provide a photo of the defect:

  1. Customer: Contacts us via the dedicated form.
  2. MONDSHOELACE: After confirming the form details, we will send a return envelope.
  3. Customer: Places the defective product in the envelope and mails it.
  4. MONDSHOELACE: Upon receiving and confirming the product, we will send the replacement.
